Front Office module

The Front Office module takes care of all the activities at the front desk. At the touch of a button, your receptionist can access any crucial guest data on his monitor. This module generates bills and reports too.

Food & Beverages (PoS) module

The F&B (PoS) module collects and processes data related to your main vending outlets including restaurants, room service and bar.

It also deals with the orders, bills, cancellations, payments, summaries, pax monitoring, analyses and other reporting.

It can have sub modules such as Food Costing and Management Flight Catering, Pocket Restaurant Transfers, etc.

Banquet Module

It deals with the bookings, billing and various reports related to Banquets, Conferences and Outdoor Catering. It also helps to generate Function Prospectus for special events.
EPABX Interface module

It captures, processes and posts call data directly to the respective guest and administrative folios. It can be custom-built on the basis of the input/output protocol of the equipment you have.
Purchase & Stores module

It tracks the inventory of all the stores and departments. Features like Supplier wise Rates, Indents, Requests, Orders, Material Receipts, Bills, Rate analysis and Closing Stock Monitoring are provided for better management.
Financial Accounting module

The Accounts module is the backbone to which all other functions of the hotel is integrated. All data from all other modules are automatically linked here for advanced reporting.

Besides your normal statutory accounting reports, it takes care of Credit Control. It also generates confidential reports for better management.
Food-Costing module

It helps to cut down the cost of food produced by tracking based on the issues, sales and recipes (actual and projected costing). It also processes the staff and complimentary data while reporting.
Business Center module

A general-purpose billing module for the activities, useful for any type of outlets like Ayurvedic Centre, Bussines Centre, Health Club etc. It is also directly integrated to the front office guest folios and Accounts. The revenue may be tracked in a multitude of ways.

Housekeeping module

This is also integrated to the Front Office, Food and Beverages (PoS), Banquets and Accounts modules.
Shop module

It takes care of the activities of the Shop within your hotel, including its inventory and billing.
Taxi & Travel Assistance module

It helps to monitor the booking and billing of the taxi and travel services (Travel Desk).
Pastry and Bakery Shop module

It takes care of the billing and bakery orders of your pastry shop.
Payroll Management module

It integrates the personnel department activities for the propety.
Management Information System module
